GOVERNANCE
Governance is a monthly newsletter
authoritative, providing international news and analysis on corporate
governance, boardroom performance and shareholder activism. It is essential
reading for board directors, senior executives, investment professionals and
their advisers. Critical issues include:
-
The quest
for value: McKinsey consultants found that investors will pay 18%
more for the shares of a well governed company. Governance helps you capture
that premium.
-
Best
practice: Governments worldwide are tightening regulations on
management accountability and corporate transparency. Governance navigates the
shifting legal and regulatory framework
-
Active
investors: Governance explores the governance expectations of
international institutional investors, and enables shareholders to assert their
ownership rights in global markets.
-
International:
The World Bank and OECD have put corporate governance at the forefront of the
reform agenda in emerging markets. Governance stays abreast of the changes.
Governance has been published for
over five years and has established a track record as a vital source of news and
comment. Subscribers include leading institutional investors, corporations,
universities and policy-making organisations.
Governance is produced by a highly experienced and knowledgeable staff,
authoritative contributors, and an Editorial Board consisting of some of the
world's leading governance experts
