Hampton-Alexander Review November 2019

As the Hampton-Alexander Review enters its final year they launch their 2019 report on improving gender balance in FTSE leadership. In 2016 the voluntary Review set five key Recommendations aimed at increasing the number of women in leadership positions of FTSE 350 companies, including a target of 33% by the end of 2020. This penultimate and fourth annual report assesses progress, shares emerging best practice and sets out current challenges.
