Ethnic Diversity Enriching Business Leadership: An update report from The Parker Review

In this update of the Parker Review, it has been found that the target of ‘One by 2021’ – of getting at least one non-white director on all FTSE 100 boards by 2021 and by 2024 on FTSE 250, is looking unachievable. Whilst progress has been made 37% of FTSE 100 boards remain all-white and a further 69% of FTSE 250 board have no director of colour on their boards.
