Over that period of time there have been huge changes in the Governance field including: 1) The increased recognition of the importance of culture and values 2) Board composition (including board diversity), independent directors and risk management - 21 years ago the Higgs report had not been published 3) Stewardship issues 4) ESG - 21 years ago corporate reporting initiatives integrating ESG had not yet occurred 5) Scandals or crises - we had not experienced the many corporate governance scandals or the Global Financial crisis The list goes on and on. In all of the above cases Governance Publishing have provided an expert commentary on all of these changes which I have found to be invaluable. I wish Governance Publishing continued success in the coming decades!"
